Tulip CHSL
The modernization work of Tulip CHSL has been partially completed. We will be carrying on the work of 2nd lift very soon. The old manual lift has been replaced with new auto door lift system. The work consisted of New SS 304 cabin- 18 Guage with mirror finish installation, Cabin frame, SS and MS Doors, Door frames, Wire Harness for Auto door, Controller and drive, Inside and outside button panels, ARD and Overload system, Door operator, Ropes, Over speed governor and governor roping, cabling, junction box, Limit switches, proximity switches, vanes and magnets, travelling cable, rail alignment, counterweight, troughs and buffers.
POOJA RESIDENCY CHSL
The modernization of 1 manual lift in Pooja Residency CHS Ltd. has been completed last year. The work consisted of SS Cabin 304 Grade, 18 Gauge, Controller and Drive, ARD and batteries, Inside button panel, Outside Buttons [full collective], Accordion Gate, Sill, Door closers, Wiring, Cabling, Main ropes and Governor roping, Transformer, Relay Panel, R/cam and Hand Rail.
TNATHMADHAV CHSL
The modernization work of 2 auto door elevators in Nathmadhav CHS Ltd. has been completed last year. The work consisted of complete Installation of Controller- Monarch Nice 3000+, Inside button panel, Outside button panels, Reed switches, Magnets, Wires, Travelling Cable, limit switches, safety switches, lift top guard, toe guard, door sensor, alarm unit, door drive, overload system, ARD, emergency light, alarm, lock contact, air cord, rollers, encoder, machine overhauling, hand rail.
